At Nudra, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To request an exchange, WhatsApp us at 0300-0142432 with your order number and reason.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene reasons, briefs and panties cannot be exchanged once opened. Bra sets can be exchanged only if the product is defective or wrongly delivered.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement.

REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit or exchange only.
